Cancellation Charges
If you need to cancel your tour or travel services for any reason—avoidable or unavoidable—you must notify us in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive your written notification and will be applied as follows:
- More than 30 days before the trip: Flat processing fee of ₹500 to ₹1,000 per package
- 21 days before arrival: 25% of the total booking cost will be retained
- 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking cost will be retained
- 7 days before arrival: 70% of the total booking cost will be retained
- Less than 7 days before arrival: 100% of the total booking cost will be retained (no refund)
Note: Some hotel bookings may follow separate cancellation policies, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling of tours is subject to availability and can be done only once, upon approval by our Tour Manager. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and depends on:
- Availability of the selected tour package on the new date
- Duration or length of the new tour dates
- Any price differences applicable to the new schedule
Refund Policy
- All approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
- Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment unless otherwise specified.
- Bank or transaction charges (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount.
